    You can hand in your equipment for diagnosis on weekdays between 10:00 – 15:00 at Løgstørgade 2, 1st floor, where Kristian, +45 20 20 84 03 (the caretaker due to the Corona situation), will receive your equipment.

    Before you drop off, please fill out the note here, which is also your own receipt afterwards. Also take a picture of your equipment and send it by SMS to +45 40842008, upon delivery:

    For drop-offs outside opening hours and without an appointment, you should send an SMS or call beforehand to make an appointment.

    Regardless of the size of the task you wish to carry out, we will prepare a quote per task, which will be “tailored” exactly to your needs: Get a quote.
    When ordering fixed monthly or weekly support / help, you or your company can get great discounts.

    Telephone and remote support:

    300,- ex. VAT per commenced quarter of an hour
    (Monday – Friday from 8-18).
    Support after 18:00 and weekends:
    600,- per 15 minutes or part thereof

    Support on location:

    1200,- ex. VAT per hour (Monday – Friday from 8-18)

    Emergency support:

    2400,- ex VAT per hour (for urgent support when you have problems that need to be solved as soon as possible and want to be at the front of the queue).

    Weekend support:

    2400,- per hour or 2 clips on the punch card per hour on a pre-purchased discount card, unless otherwise agreed in advance.


    299,- ex. VAT per hour.

    10 hour clip card

    Down to 899,- per clip/hour = a total of 8.990,- ex. VAT
    Can be used for support and training.

    50 hour voucher

    Down to 599,- per clip/hour = a total of 29.950,- ex. VAT
    Can be used for support and training.

    Server setups (Mac/Windows):

    +199,- ex. VAT per hour on top of the hourly rate.


    The above prices are for daytime hours 08-18.
    In the case of urgent assignments, work at weekends and public holidays and overtime, double invoicing will be applied unless a special written agreement has been made in advance.
    Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Vouchers must be purchased prior to the consumption of hours to obtain the savings. The first full hour is invoiced for the first full hour of work. After the first hour, the bill is rounded up to every half hour, except for telephone support, which is rounded up to every 15 minutes. All prices quoted are ex. VAT.
